As a Senior ATE Test Engineer, this role is responsible for the testing, characterization, and High Volume Manufacturing shipment of Silicon. Responsibilities include developing production, qualification, and characterization test programs for digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices on ATE platforms like Advantest 93K or Teradyne Uflex. Key duties involve test pattern conversion and verification, hardware bring-up for probe cards and load boards, and owning the First-Si test pattern bring-up. Collaboration with Product Engineering, DfT, and IC design teams is essential for debugging failures and implementing solutions. The role also involves defining test requirements and limits, optimizing test time, driving ATE to system level correlation, and participating in failure analysis and debug during the New Product Introduction phase.
