Valeo is a global tech company, a leader in lighting and wiping technologies. The Sens site, employing over 360 people, manufactures visibility systems. We are seeking a Site Quality Manager to coordinate the site's quality improvement plan and foster a quality culture. This role involves supervising a 20-person quality team, managing incident resolution, serving as the primary customer contact for quality, and leading the total quality improvement plan. The manager will also conduct internal audits and handle quality reporting across various organizational levels.
Must have:
  • Supervise the site's quality team (20 people, including 11 direct reports)
  • Ensure the proper implementation of QRQC
  • Manage incident management (0 km and warranty) internally and with customers
  • Be the point of contact for customers for all quality-related issues (communication/escalation)
  • Actively support the site manager in implementing the 5 priorities and lead the total quality improvement plan
  • Periodically audit the quality system (internal audits and support for customer audits)
  • Be responsible for site reporting on quality-related issues at various levels (site, division, region, group)

Our Site is a Production Site employing over 360 people working on the manufacture of visibility systems (Rear Lamps, Light Strips, etc).

We are recruiting a professional who will be responsible for coordinating the site's quality improvement plan and promoting a culture of quality in accordance with standards.

Your responsibilities :

  • Supervise the site's quality team (20 people, including 11 direct reports)
  • Ensure the proper implementation of QRQC
  • Manage incident management (0 km and warranty) internally and with customers
  • Be the point of contact for customers for all quality-related issues (communication/escalation)
  • Actively support the site manager in implementing the 5 priorities and lead the total quality improvement plan

About you :

With a five-year degree (engineering, master's) in quality, you have at least 10 years of professional experience, during which you have worked in large-scale production environments.

Recognized for your leadership and charisma, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to persuade.

You know how to adapt your communication style to suit your audience (internal and external clients and partners). Your managerial skills are well established.

You are fluent in French and English.
