The Role

In this role, you will lead the charge in executing captivation of all communities across social platforms through daily content execution. You’ll have the unique opportunity to own all direct messages (DMs) and comments, shaping an extraordinary social community like no other. Your creativity and passion will shine as you schedule, create, and post engaging content that leaves a lasting impact.

The Social Community Representative will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Specialist and will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the marketing department. This includes fostering a meaningful community through social listening & messaging creation, post analyses across platforms, assisting with giveaways/promotions, diving into trends, creating content decks, scheduling posts and more.

As the Social Community Representative, you will unleash your charisma and build personal connections with our audience. By taking ownership of all DMs and comments, you will create a community that feels like a family & make decisions on overall post strategy. Your dedication to engaging with our followers, addressing inquiries, and creating a positive user experience will be key in transforming our brand into a powerhouse of loyalty and admiration.

Location:

Louisville, Kentucky or potential to be remote

Responsibilities can include:

  • Owning and managing several of the following social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube.
  • Curating content decks for planning, scheduling, and creating strategy across several social media platforms.
  • Making decisions on post timing and new content ideas based on data analytics to iterate on creativity and innovation.
  • Responsible for the full suite of content to support across the totality of the planned social ecosystem for the duration of a social campaign.
  • Developing innovative tactics to increase channel performance and maintaining a high level of upkeep and engagement.
  • Evolve tactics throughout each campaign as new data emerges.
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely and engaging manner, fostering a positive and interactive social community experience.
  • Building out and generating ideas for monthly social campaigns with evergreen and launch content, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach to our social media presence.
  • Act as main point of contact across teams in major asset launches by integrating campaign posts into overarching social calendar.
  • Regularly monitoring social activity, staying vigilant to community needs, sentiments, and emerging conversations.
  • Analyze post insights throughout each week to create recommendations for continuous improvements.
  • Building relationships with customers, potential customers, while acting as the voice and tone of our brand to forge meaningful connections.
  • Proactively updating & expanding our Quick Replies document and preparing for customer queries by anticipating questions and providing comprehensive answers for all launches.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to facilitate giveaways that will capitalize on driving engagement.
  • Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews, swiftly addressing any concerns or issues raised by our community.
  • Ensuring brand consistency by closely communicating with Marketing, Creative, Influencer, and Customer Service teams, fostering alignment and synergy across all touchpoints.
  • Staying informed on trends, consistently seeking opportunities to incorporate new approaches and techniques into our social media strategies.
  • Embracing an "all hands on deck" attitude, readily accepting and fulfilling other responsibilities as they arise to support the team's collective success.
  • Leads weekly social updates across specific brand programming positioning and set clear goals cross-platform and ensure the collective work has positive brand messaging.
  • Demonstrating forward-thinking and planning skills, proactively taking initiative on everyday tasks to support team members in priority tasks and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Hands on experience with brand management through social media
  • Knowledge of online channels of social media and marketing practices
