Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media creative aligning with marketing goals, crafting content maintaining brand consistency, building content plans, collaborating with the design team on visuals and videos, optimizing content for maximum impact, leveraging trends to expand reach, understanding the social community, confidently presenting ideas, utilizing social analytics, producing content for BMW events (pre-production to post-production), and keeping up with industry trends. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or advertising, with a strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends and best practices for global brands. Experience with fashion/ecommerce brands and automotive is a plus.
