About Us:
GAMURS Group owns and operates a network of publications and social media communities. Our content focuses on both breaking news and timeless content. We pride ourselves on the trustworthy and reliable information we publish and the communities that it helps thrive. We help connect brands to these hard-to-reach audiences.

The Role:
We are looking for a Social & Insights Specialist to lead our LinkedIn presence and help power our content with smart, data-driven insights. You'll be responsible for managing posting and engagement on LinkedIn, pulling and interpreting key data points, and turning that data into compelling visuals and narratives. A secondary focus will be the ability to set up and manage paid social ads across networks when needed.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who’s part strategist, part analyst, and part creative.

Responsibilities:

  • Run and manage day-to-day activity on our LinkedIn page: posting, engaging, optimizing

  • Pull data & insights from our in-house tools – Surveys, Polls & DMP.

  • Work closely with our design team (or use templates) to turn data points into shareable graphics

  • Monitor campaign performance and audience trends; regularly report findings and suggest improvements

  • Set up, optimize, and report on paid social ad campaigns (especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram if needed)

  • Stay updated on LinkedIn platform changes, best practices, and new features

  • Occasionally support other social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong experience running LinkedIn pages, ideally for brands or businesses

  • Confident pulling and interpreting data/analytics.

  • Basic graphic creation skills or ability to work alongside design resources

  • Experience setting up and managing paid social campaigns

  • Ability to turn insights into actionable ideas and content

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a sense of ownership over results

  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar platforms

In-Tune With Gaming Culture:

  • A strong understanding of the gaming industry and its culture is essential

  • Ability to spot trends, viral moments, and major news in gaming and translate them into timely, relevant content

  • Familiarity with the types of games, genres, and updates that resonate with gaming audiences, especially on professional platforms like LinkedIn

  • Passion for gaming is a big plus – you don't need to be a hardcore gamer, but you should know the difference between Elden Ring and Fortnite, and why it matters

Nice to Have:

  • Paid media certification (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)

  • Previous experience in a B2B or SaaS environment

What We Offer:

  • A flexible, remote-first work environment

  • The opportunity to build and run a growing LinkedIn presence

  • Access to high-quality design and analytics resources

  • A supportive and fast-moving team that values both autonomy and collaboration
