We are seeking a Social Media & Player Engagement Specialist who excels in social media and can convert engagement into play sessions. This role involves being the primary communicator with our players, creating compelling content, tracking performance, and driving growth through interaction. You will connect with players across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord, collaborating with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring our games to life. Key responsibilities include planning and publishing platform-specific content, developing campaigns to attract new players, tracking metrics, managing player communication, utilizing social listening tools, and executing email and forum strategies.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social — and knows how to turn scrolls into play sessions. As a Social Media & Player Engagement Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of how we talk to our players — both the loyal ones and the soon-to-be fans. We want someone who can create killer content, track what works, and turn interaction into growth.

This role is about catching players where they are, from Instagram and TikTok to Reddit threads and Discords. You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to bring our games to life outside the app.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and publish platform-specific content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.) focused on engaging existing players;
  • Develop ideas and execute campaigns to attract new players, including social media stunts, community challenges, content partnerships, etc.;
  • Track performance metrics and report on what’s working (and what isn’t);
  • Manage ongoing communication with players — responding, cheering, reacting, and moderating where needed;
  • Use social listening tools to find out what players are saying about us (and competitors);
  • Create and execute email and forum communication strategies to reach passive or disconnected users;
  • Come up with creative ways to bring our brand voice into unexpected places;
  • Collaborate with our in-house designers, UA, and product teams to align messaging across all player touchpoints.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
  • Experience in managing or growing communities and social channels with high engagement;
  • Courage to experiment, test, fail, and improve;
  • Understanding of what “hook, value, call-to-action” means — and why it matters;
  • Thinking in formats: short-form video, memes, story-telling carousels, polls, replies;
  • Obsession with metrics and get a rush when engagement spikes;
  • Strong writing and content creation skills;
  • Exemplary online presence — you don’t just scroll, you analyze and apply trends;
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Meta Suite, Discord, Reddit, YouTube Shorts;
  • Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other creation/editing tools;
  • Hands-in experience with Sprout, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or similar social listening and scheduling tools;
  • Proficiency in email platforms (Mailchimp, Iterable, etc.).
Extra Great to Have:
  • Familiarity with video editing or assets’ design);
  • Experience working in or around mobile games or fandom culture.

Salary: from 1680 EUR/month (gross)
