We're growing our Platform 3rd Party Integrations team in Bangalore and are looking for a curious, motivated, and capable engineer eager to develop new features, work on integrations, and contribute to the future of our platform. What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer, you’ll join a team responsible for building and maintaining integrations between our platform and third-party services, such as ServiceNow and other leading ITSM and data systems. You’ll contribute to building robust integrations with APIs, enhancing integration flows, and maintaining high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with your team to design, build, and maintain platform-level 3rd party integrations
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions using JavaScript, Python, Golang, or other backend technologies
• Work with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and data formats such as JSON and XML
• Support the SDLC through agile development practices, including code reviews, testing and release management
• Embrace and uphold the team's culture of collaboration, respect, and technical excellence

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Experience or solid understanding of any programming language (JavaScript, Python or Go is a plus)
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles
• Exposure to RESTful APIs and web protocols;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or ITSM tools is a strong advantage
• Understanding of JSON, scripting, and API data formats
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle
• Curiosity and willingness to dive into new technologies and domains
