We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing application services and support the Application Team Lead in delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Application Team Lead in monitoring team performance and assist in training and developing team members.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and scheduling activities within the application teams.
• Help track project status, identify issues, and provide support in resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of application services.
• Participate in software application implementation, including assisting with design and upgrade schedules.
• Work with Business Units and collaborate with internal/external teams to assist in developing technology solutions.
• Contribute to the management of a specific portfolio of applications, focusing on sustainment and enhancements.
• Support vendor relationship management, including assisting with contract negotiations and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in application support, systems, or IT operations, preferably in retail, F&B, or hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of digital systems, including websites and mobile apps, and their integration.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
