They will have excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience working as an active member of R&D Software development group.

Our teams support and develop software applications for internal end-users across a global R&D organization. We focus on quality, emphasizing clean and maintainable code. We work in a highly collaborative environment, from pair programming with fellow Software Engineers to problem solving with colleagues from other departments. Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities -

• Respond, communicate, and provide support for internal end-users and stakeholders
• Provide root cause analysis and work to reproduce software defects or system issues when possible
• Continually update technical knowledge and skills, including researching new AI technologies and tools
• Participate effectively in technical reviews as both a reviewer and reviewee
• Foster a collaborative and cooperative work environment

Qualifications -

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in an engineering, scientific, or technical field.    

• Experience: 0+ years of work experience in software development or a related field.    

Skills -

• Experience with C#/.NET (or another object-oriented language)
• Microsoft Windows OS configuration experience
• Interested in problem solving, root cause analysis, research, and development
• Desire to research and develop software applications that incorporate AI methods
