As a Software Engineer on the System UI team, you will have the opportunity to engineer the core experiences and underlying systems of the Android OS. You will manage technical challenges in areas like application launching, navigation, and personalization features, and the implementation of components like wallpapers, notifications, widgets and shortcuts. Your work will work on delivering a fluid, intelligent, and adaptable UI, emphasizing technical quality, performance, and the overall user experience. This involves developing features in core system applications, contributing to the Android Framework components that support them, and improving the developer experiences for applications developers that build for Android.
