Job Description
GTF's cloud infrastructure is constantly evolving to support millions of users across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The mission is to build and operate a platform that enhances product engineers' capabilities by delivering robust infrastructure for consistent, reliable product deployment at massive scale. In the first 6 months, you will contribute to critical platform improvements, implement solutions to strengthen infrastructure reliability, and help scale systems to meet growing user demands. This role is for someone passionate about operating critical infrastructure powering GTF services.

- Infrastructure as code experience

Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Go or Python
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with DevOps practices (Git & CI/CD)
- Familiarity with network protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, gRPC)
- Good understanding of cloud-native stack and Alibaba Cloud
- Good understanding of service mesh and API gateway
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Product driven mindset

About the Role

In your first 6 months, you'll have a direct impact on:
- Contributing to critical platform improvements that enhance developer productivity
- Implementing solutions that strengthen our infrastructure reliability
- Helping scale our systems to support growing user demands
Join us if you're passionate about operating critical infrastructure that powers services used across GTF.
- Design, optimize, and enhance foundational components of infrastructure (Cloud Networking, Service Mesh, API gateway, and Kubernetes) to ensure highly scalable, reliable and cost-effective infrastructure on GoTo Financial
- Design, optimize, and enhance internal products to support business use cases, improve productivity, and follow industry best practices
- Work closely with our stockholders to understand and deliver excellent technical solutions for their needs
- Proactively detect and troubleshoot potential issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Infrastructure Engineering practices.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in programming languages such as Go or Python
- Experience working with Kubernetes
- Experience with DevOps practices (ex, Git & CI/CD) and infrastructure as code
- Familiar with network protocols like HTTP, TCP/IP, and gRPC
- Good understanding with cloud-native stack and cloud-based environments (Alibaba Cloud)
- Good understanding of service mesh and API gateway
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a team and have a product driven mindset
