Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will be a key part of the team developing the Contact Center Copilot solution. Your responsibilities include data integration, leveraging Python and AWS services for seamless ingestion of external system data into AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base. You will build and maintain data pipelines, write efficient Python scripts, develop serverless solutions, and collaborate on integrating Salesforce and SharePoint data. The role offers opportunities to learn cutting-edge technologies and contribute to LLM-based product enhancements.

  • Exposure to LLMs is an advantage.
  • Angular knowledge is a plus.
Must Have:
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for external system integration.
  • Write efficient Python scripts to automate processes.
  • Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate Salesforce and SharePoint data.
  • Assist in implementing LLM-based product enhancements.
  • Write unit tests and contribute to quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
  • Document technical processes and workflows.
  • Stay updated with AWS and AI advancements.
  • Support deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Follow security best practices in code and architecture.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless backend integration.
  • Participate in Agile development processes.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new features.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of software development experience.
  • Proficient in Python programming.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base or similar services.
  • Understanding of API integration with external systems like Salesforce and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of software development best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
