Over the course of two years, you'll work within one of our software engineering disciplines, gaining hands-on experience within the sports tech industry. You'll be at the forefront of creating and innovating technology that enhances global sports like football, tennis, and cricket.

A Day in the Life of a Software Engineering Graduate:

• Specialise and Innovate: Specialise in a specific discipline, contributing to groundbreaking technology and enhancing your expertise in areas like C++, Java, Frontend Development, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, QA, and DevOps.
• Learning and Development: Benefit from a specialised Early Careers Training Programme to develop further your soft skills and technical skills with both in-person and online training sessions.
• Agile Methodologies: Dive into agile workflows, using two-week sprints to develop and deploy technology on a global scale. You'll work on both existing products and new developments that will be used in high-profile sports events worldwide.
• Collaborate with Experts: Partner with our product team and interact directly with customers to understand their needs and requirements. This collaboration will help you develop innovative solutions that address some of the most intricate challenges in sports technology.
• Multidisciplinary Rotations: Explore other opportunities and get the chance to apply for an accelerated rotational programme or a three-month secondment with the operations team.

2026 Graduate Scheme Entry Requirements:

• Academic Background: A BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline, ideally with a 2:1 or above.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrable experience in software engineering, with a working knowledge of C++, Java, Python or other programming languages.
• Mindset: You thrive in an innovative, fun environment, eager to learn, collaborate, and push technological boundaries.
• Drive to Innovate: A passion for continuous learning and the ability to push the limits of what technology can do in the world of sports.
