The Solution Director will lead the GTM (Go to Market) strategy for digital business growth across various industries, including Manufacturing, Automotive, and High Tech. This role involves managing a team of 10+ members, driving growth with existing and new customers, and building client relationships. The director will need to provide consultative sales approaches, manage complex opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role also includes working with India-based captive units, engaging with platform providers, and driving solution teams within HCLTech. The director will be responsible for achieving an annual P&L goal of $25Mn+ onwards. The candidate should have experience in building and managing client relationships and shaping clients digital spend. The candidate must have good knowledge of market trends, business shifts, emerging opportunities, and threats.

Job description:

We are looking for a GTM (Go to Market) lead who has experience of growing digital business across existing and new enterprises across industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, High Tech. This role will cut across a vast ecosystem of digital technologies such as UX & UI, Digital Engagement Platforms, Modern Application Development, Multi-Channel Commerce, Cloud & Application Modernisation, API & Micro-services, BPM & RPA & Workforce Productivity Platforms, Mobility, Data and Advance Analytics, SaaS technologies like Salesforce, Agile & DevOps adoption, Industry and process consulting, COTS applications such as SAP, Oracle.Responsibilities will include: Lead the largest business portfolio covering Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Natural resources. Manage a team of 10+ digital business GTM member spread across Europe and India. Driving growth of Digital Business in some of the existing and new customers. This will include building client relationships and leading opportunity addressal. Most customers are in some level of maturity in their Digital Transformation Journey, and you should be comfortable talking to them about various solution choices they have and a recommended approach from HCLTech Digital Business team. Be consultative in your selling approach as customers are expecting you to be their strategic digital partner. You may end up having to manage large & complex opportunities and that will require you to work with cross functional teams in HCLTech and bring together technical and commercial solutions. Work with India based captive units for European customers to mine the accounts and drive the growth. This part would require establishing relationship with customer leadership and other business stakeholders in captive units. Engage with the ecosystem as well ecosystem of platform providers, product partners and other strategic relationships that will help you and your customer in the digital transformation journey. Drive solution teams within HCLTech to come up with market leading solution approaches in Digital areas. Qualification for this role and past experiences: Minimum 15 years of experience preferably with a Tier 1 IT/Digital Outsourcing organization You should have a track record in building and managing client relationships and shaping client s digital spend. In this role you would be required to carry an annual PnL goal of $25Mn+ onwards and hence you should have credibility of handling clients of this size and complexity. Experience in consultative sales understanding clients digital value chains and bringing HCLTech s best to create business outcomes for those value chains. Candidate should have good knowledge of market trends, business shifts, emerging opportunities, and threat. Strong business acumen; drive existing and new business through conceptualising strategies, developing key accounts, establishing strategic partnerships. Be collaborative in nature and work with solution teams, delivery team and other units in HCLTech to achieve the desired outcomes. Commercially savvy: understands targets, revenue, and margins, forecast.
