Job Summary
Insider, a B2B SaaS company and a leader in AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing, is seeking a Solutions Consultant for their Colombia operations. This role involves becoming an expert in Insider products, making recommendations on sales strategies, integration strategies, and enterprise architectures. The consultant will proactively monitor partner activities, provide insights and solutions, and deliver exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through presentations and demonstrations. Responsibilities include leading account services strategy, developing business growth opportunities, and collaborating with product, partner success, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will gain a deep understanding of the customer and competitive landscape to engage in business dialogues with C-level contacts. The role requires strong professional, sales, and technical capabilities, with comfort in supporting both enterprise and inside sales teams.
Must Have

- Become an expert in Insider products
- Make recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing “best practice” advice to customers to optimize Insider effectiveness
- Proactively monitor our partners’ activities, facilitate and provide on-time and around the clock insights and solutions to the partners
- Provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation
- Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients
- Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams
- Outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
