Job Description

Relatient is seeking a Solutions Engineer for its Interoperability team to simplify patient access to care. This role involves being a subject matter expert in patient access solutions, collaborating with technical partners, articulating complex concepts to stakeholders, and working cross-functionally to mature capabilities while managing multiple integrations. The engineer will evaluate system components, define new features, and document requirements, acting as a cultural leader.
Good To Have:
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience working on designing interoperability solutions with different Practice Management and Electronic Health Record systems
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience working on different interoperability technologies, including HL7, API and FHIR
  • 1+ years of experience working with Engineers using Agile development methodologies
  • 1+ years of experience in translating business requirements to detailed design and documentation
Must Have:
  • Be a subject matter expert of Relatient’s patient access solutions
  • Collaborate closely with partners’ technical resources and other product management teams to ensure Dash solutions comprehensively interoperate addressing all required application workflows
  • Articulate complex technical concepts in an understandable way to clients and stakeholders to ensure alighment
  • Work cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Client Engagement) to ensure our capabilities mature while handling an average of 2-3 integrations in parallel
  • Evaluate complex system components and gather feedback from internal and external sources to envision new capabilities, define new features, functionality, and solutions
  • Document use cases and requirements documents that can easily be transformed into actionable user stories
  • Act as a cultural leader by working collaboratively and establishing effective relationships with offshore colleagues in addition to cross-functional teams and client representatives
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions consultant, implmentation consultant, preferably in a high-growth, SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of experience working with clients in a Sales or Implementation capacity
  • 1+ years of experience working with multi-geography teams
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment (a “roll up your sleeves” attitude)
  • Ability to work comfortably in an evolving environment and convert ambiguity to clarity while managing multiple projects
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to think critically
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to establish priorities and achieve results
  • Excellent people skills and ability to engage a broad set of stakeholders

We are currently hiring for a Solutions Engineer to join our Interoperability team. This role has a preference to be located in the Atlanta area, but can be fully remote for the right individual.

In this role, you’ll help us move the needle owning:

  • Be a subject matter expert of Relatient’s patient access solutions

This role may require travel up to 10% based on position and organizational needs.

Pay & Perks:

For positions based in the U.S., the estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$140,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
