We are looking for a Specialist, FP&A (Pricing) to support strategic and business planning across McDonald’s UK & Ireland. This role involves delivering pricing insights and financial analysis to shape market forecasts, guide decision-making, and align cross-functional priorities. It is crucial for driving commercial success and supporting long-term growth through data-led financial planning.
Must Have:
  • Lead ad hoc pricing and financial analysis to support business decisions
  • Partner with in-market teams to deliver financial insight and guidance across functions
  • Provide pricing inputs for market planning and projections
  • Support preparation for strategic meetings and business reviews
  • CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW qualified with at least 1 year of post qualified experience
  • Proven experience in business partnering across functions
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Support preperation for strategic meetings and business reviews

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW qualified with at least 1 year of post qualified experience
  • Proven experience in business partnering across functions
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
