As a Sportsbook Operations Manager, you will lead the Live Betting experience, monitoring performance, refining strategy, and executing high-impact campaigns. You will optimize KPIs, build product narratives, and connect insights with action, influencing cross-functional teams to deliver unforgettable customer moments. This role involves data-driven insights, strategic decision-making, and collaboration with various teams to drive initiatives and support product launches.

Must Have:
- Lead a program team overseeing Live Betting performance.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable reporting.
- Partner with Analytics to build performance recaps and shape strategic decisions.
- Engage Senior Leadership, Operations, and Product to drive Live Betting initiatives.
- Define and execute go-to-market campaigns for product launches.
- Develop internal resources and narratives for product enhancements.
- Monitor U.S. sports betting competitors and identify strategic opportunities.
- Manage schedules, priorities, and workload.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sportsbook or a related industry.
- Data-driven, strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
- Deep knowledge of Sportsbook customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to act like an owner.
- Proven success collaborating cross-functionally and building strong relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

From optimizing KPIs to building compelling product narratives, you’ll connect insights with action and influence cross-functional teams to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers.
What you’ll do
- Lead a program team overseeing Live Betting performance, using data-driven insights to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable reporting.
- Partner with Analytics to build performance recaps that shape strategic decisions, while engaging Senior Leadership, Operations, and Product to drive Live Betting initiatives.
- Define and execute go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Public Relations, and other teams to support product launches.
- Develop compelling internal resources and narratives that highlight product enhancements and drive engagement.
- Monitor U.S. sports betting competitors and translate market trends into strategic opportunities.
- Manage schedules, priorities, and workload to align with evolving business needs.
What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years of experience in Sportsbook or a related industry; Operations or Product Management experience is a plus.
