What to Expect

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Credit Operations Analyst to join our EMEA Financial Services team to support finance partner and Captive credit operations across EMEA.

You will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing lease and loan products applications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial products applications and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will lead business process analysis, system requirement documentation, internal/external stakeholder alignment, and execution planning. The ideal candidate requires a dedicated team player who is familiar with business operations and possesses strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Monitor and manage lease and loan product applications across EMEA
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams on collecting customers’ stipulations documents required for Captive credit underwriting
Track application statuses, approval, and rejections, monitor finance partners performance (approval rates, processing timelines, inputs/output ratios, etc.)
Create and maintain operational reports to provide visibility and insights on application submission and processing metrics to senior management
Identify process bottlenecks, analyze operational metrics, propose data-driven solutions to improve speed and accuracy
Collaborate with internal Sales, Delivery, Financial Services, and IT teams and finance partners on tracking and addressing application process delays and issues
Work with Product and Engineering teams and finance partners to build, launch, and enhance system integrations and improve automation and customer experience

What You’ll Bring

A degree or equivalent in experience and/or a proven track record in credit operations, financial services or operations management
Experience in process improvement, system automation, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience operating autonomously and forming strong working relationships across multiple multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent communication skills, with business level fluency in both English and German. Other languages are a plus
Self-starter who can handle multiple projects with competing priorities with minimal direction
Proficiency in data analytics is preferred
