- Good understanding of audio technology , Android experience , Voice activation, Bluetooth stack and profiles test experience .
- Need experience in Audio feature testing and initial debugging skills , If one has Qcom tools experience then added advantage.
- Contribute to conversations to generate new ideas for next generation test scoping/improvements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of features benchmark performance and/or power consumption to identify issues or areas for improvement.
- Work across teams to align on important areas of feature development and ensure targets are met Responsibilities
- Working independently with little supervision.
- Provide some supervision/guidance to others.
- Having a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to provide input on key decisions).
- Use deductive and inductive problem solving; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information to various stakeholders some of whom may have limited knowledge of the subject in question Requirements
- Proficient in one of the languages: Python, C++, System C
- Good knowledge on Apps development
- Expertise in Computer Architecture / File systems / Data Structure
- Knowledge of APIs like OpenGL and/or DirectX, OpenCL and/or CUDA, Vulkan Version control tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Test Engineering or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Test Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ year of work or academic experience with Software Test or System Test, developing and automating test plans and/or tools (e.g., Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration Tools, and Bug Tracking Tools).
