You will spend up to 30% of your time traveling.

Must have:

6+ years of consulting experience in Procure-to-Invoice.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese preferred.
Strong client management skills.

Additionally, it contributes to thought leadership by developing best practices, templates, and training materials that drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do:

Specialize in Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) product deployments, guiding customers in designing, mapping business processes, and adopting best practices in purchasing and invoicing.
Collaborate with large companies to define procurement processes and ensure successful, on-time implementation while identifying Suite Synergy opportunities.
Lead and mentor workstream solution architects from Coupa and partner teams to ensure successful project scope delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues, providing subject matter expertise and industry best practices.
Develop and improve templates, training, and presentations, and champion their adoption, with up to 25% of time spent on travel.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

6+ years of consulting experience in Procure-to-Invoice, either in a procurement organization, consulting firm, or as a software provider.
Fluent in Spanish and English, with Portuguese as a preferred skill.
Strong client management skills to guide customers through best practice design processes and ensure rapid, successful go-lives.
Experience with procurement systems, including prototyping, demonstrating, designing, configuring, and delivering solutions.
Highly organized, analytical, and a self-starter, able to manage multiple projects independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment, with some flexibility in working hours.
