About the Role:
The job of Sr Analyst, HR Technology is to Implement, Testing, Support, Optimize of our HR technology solutions for Benefits.
This role will closely partner with [Total rewards team specifically], IT and cross-functional teams to ensure that the total rewards systems [including Benefits, compensation] are aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals, while enhancing the employee experience.
Incumbent is responsible for ongoing maintenance of HR systems related Benefits and compensation – including work with external vendors, internal stakeholders and ensuring the system meets the business requirements.
What You will be doing:
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the Workday HCM system
- Ensuring the integrity of HR Systems, primarily but not limited to Workday are efficiently utilized, maintained and available throughout Enphase Energy
- Core responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, reporting, design, configuration and testing to implement solutions to drive adoption and ease of use
- Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems and participate in enhancement design and scoping especially through the initial implementation phase
- Develop and articulate solution options that consider Enphase's technical landscape as well as incorporate user experience, scalability, security and best practices
- Clearly highlight the merits and disadvantages of solution options to support informed decisions by our customers
- Regularly evaluate current state of systems to identify and recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and/or new applications to support business strategies and operational needs
Who You Are and what you bring:
- Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday, must have 3 years of experience with a strong focus on Benefits, Total rewards, Compensation, and proven experience with system implementation & management.
- Experience with Benefits integrations, other Workday integration knowledge [CCW, studio, PECI, PICOFF] or expertise with any two of the Workday modules Absence, Recruitment, Talent is preferable.
- Expertise with Workday dashboards, reports, Security, EIBs etc.,
- Experience with agile methodologies & product management tools [e.g., Jira].
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday, experience in Data analysis & using system generated reports to drive business decisions.
Certifications [preferred but not mandatory]:
- Workday HCM

Soft Skills:
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross functional teams.
- A self-starter with proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues & strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently & as part of a collaborative team
