  • Own the operational rollout of partner programs across all partner types (2-Tier, Distribution, Service Providers).
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to define and track KPIs, build dashboards, analyze program performance and produce QBR data.
  • Administer partner incentives and rebates, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives and represent Channel Ops across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and IT.
  • Lead and develop a small team of channel operations professionals.
  • Occasional global travel may be required (<10%).

What You’ve Done

  • 5+ years of experience in channel programs and operations, ideally with a high-growth networking or security vendor.
  • Proven ability to manage partner program operations at scale, across multiple geographies and partner types.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales motions and partner ecosystems.
  • Advanced proficiency with SFDC, Excel, and Clari; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau is strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading and mentoring virtual teams in cross-functional environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Who You Are

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and operational skills.
  • Effective communicator who can build trust with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
