Job Summary

Job Criteria –

• Experience in Oracle RAC, Dataguard - 12 C & 19 C is mandatory.

• Educational Qualification – BE/B.Tech (any branch)/ MCA

• Work Location - Navi Mumbai, Belapur

• 24/ 7 Support Environment

• Banking industry experience (Good to have)

• Documents required for BV purpose –

• (Must have EPFO service history records with supporting documents for past 5 years)

Roles & Responsibilities –

• Resolving User related queries in Production and Test Databases.

• As per client request creating new users and assigning profiles in production databases.

• User management and maintenance of all database users like granting a subset of privileges as per client’s policy.

• Logical backup using Export-Import and Data Pump utility as per user request.

• Database bug-patching on requirement Creating Sql tuning sets and sql tuning advisory reports using OEM 12C for Improving performance of the database. Executing weekly analyzer on database for performance improvement.

• Monthly purging activity to gain database level space improvement Archival activity for performance improvement.

• Performance monitoring, Database installation and configuration Schedule RMAN backup and monitor RMAN status of all production databases.

• Interface proactively with other Infrastructure support teams such as UNIX, Windows, Network, Storage, Monitoring etc

• Document issues and associated resolutions to problems Prepare documentation and presentation of progress reports to customers

• Conduct user’s, customer’s and Team’s training Guide/Mentor the team members on technical problems which cannot be resolved at their level Ensure that Systems, Organization processes, & Unit practices adhere to Organization policies

• Active participation in Organization and Unit level initiatives
