Job Description

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for implementing AI-driven telephony and chat solutions for financial institutions. Your role involves architecting secure and compliant communication systems, developing technical frameworks, and ensuring robust security protocols aligned with SOC2 and PCI compliance standards. You will also create detailed technical specifications, evaluate technological solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and design integration strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services technology and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience.
Good To Have:
  • Direct experience with banking core systems (Fiserv DNA, Symexchange).
  • Understanding of financial services regulatory environments.
  • Experience implementing solutions meeting SOC2 and PCI compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI integration in financial technology platforms.
Must Have:
  • 5+ years of solution architecture experience.
  • Experience in financial services technology sector.
  • Ability to create scripts in one or more coding languages.
  • Expertise in Cloud services engineering and networking infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Telephony systems and SIP protocols.
  • Understanding of Information security frameworks.
  • Experience in REST API development.
  • Knowledge of Database management (SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with Reporting and business analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance: SOC2, PCI DSS, GLBA

interface.ai is seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in deploying solutions for financial institutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a nuanced understanding of the complex regulatory landscape within financial services technology.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist financial institutions in implementing AI-driven telephony and chat solutions
  • Architect secure, compliant communication systems that meet stringent regulatory requirements
  • Develop comprehensive technical frameworks integrating AI technologies with banking infrastructure
  • Ensure robust security protocols aligned with SOC2 and PCI compliance standards
  • Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for cross-functional implementation teams
  • Evaluate and recommend technological solutions that optimize system performance and regulatory adherence
  • Collaborate with financial institution stakeholders to understand unique technological requirements
  • Design scalable integration strategies with existing banking core systems
  • Generate advanced reporting and analytics to support solution implementation through SQL queries, Tableau, Apache Superset, and custom tooling

What Will You Bring:

  • 5+ years of solution architecture experience
  • Proven track record in financial services technology sector
  • Ability to create scripts in one or more coding languages to facilitate automation of various job duties (for example: Python, JavaScript / TypeScript)
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
    • Cloud services engineering
    • Networking infrastructure
    • Telephony systems and SIP protocols
    • Information security frameworks
    • REST API development
    • Database management (SQL, PostgreSQL)
    • Reporting and business analytics tools
  • Technical Competencies:
    • Regulatory Compliance: SOC2, PCI DSS, GLBA
    • Banking Technologies: Core banking system integrations
    • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle with financial service configurations
    • Security Frameworks: Zero Trust Architecture, Financial Industry Security Protocols
    • Database Technologies: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, specialized financial database systems
    • Reporting Tools: Tableau, Apache Superset, Financial Reporting Platforms
  • Advanced communication abilities across technical and financial stakeholder groups
  • Strategic problem-solving in regulated technology environments
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable implementation strategies
  • Collaborative approach to cross-functional project delivery

Compensation:

Total on target earnings is expected to be between $156,000 - $177,000 along with additional variable compensation. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
