As Marvell SQE, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class Offshore Assembly and Test (OSAT) service providers to deliver leading-edge products to the world.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Semi-Conductor Assembly/Test/Bumping industry.
2 to 3 years of experience in Process, Packaging, QA, or Supplier Quality Engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience with advanced assembly packaging (CoWoS) is a plus. Knowledge of 8-Discipline report, FMEA, SPC, and DOE is required.
Customer audit experience is essential. Familiarity with ISO9001 and VDA6.3 audit processes is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Must be a team player.
