Job Description
Must have Skills: Mobile Testing, Test Automation Framework, API Testing (Expert)
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive functional and non-functional testing of VoIP applications.
- Validate backend APIs to ensure correct data handling and process integration.
- Use specialized tools to measure and evaluate the quality of voice and video transmissions.
- Conduct performance and stability testing to assess application scalability under different network conditions.
- Develop and execute automation test scripts for both mobile UI and backend API testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on Agile processes.
- Provide detailed reports on defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas of improvement.
Experience:
- Proven QA experience in the voice and video communication industry.
- Hands-on experience with products like Zoom, Webex, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
- Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools used for evaluating audio and video quality.
- Experience in automation testing for mobile UI and backend API.
- Proficiency in backend API validation techniques.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong English communication skills for seamless collaboration with teams.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
