Job Description

Snyk is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Incubation Accelerator to build transformative products from scratch. This role involves driving new product discovery, validating problem-solution fit through lean experiments, and shaping product strategy for early-stage initiatives. The manager will engage deeply with customers, own products from concept to market fit, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale learnings within Snyk's AI-native Developer Security Platform.
Good To Have:
  • Have experience in developer security, AI/ML products, or agentic systems.
  • Worked as a software engineer in the past.
  • Have worked in an internal incubator, venture studio, or startup environment.
  • Have successfully partnered with enterprise customers as design partners for new product validation.
Must Have:
  • Drive New Product Discovery: Partner with engineers, design, and customers to identify high-potential opportunities in AI security and beyond.
  • Validate Problem-Solution Fit: Design lean experiments, MVPs, and prototypes to quickly validate customer problems and solution approaches.
  • Shape Product Strategy: Define and evolve the vision, positioning, and roadmap for incubation initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with design partners, early adopters, and Snyk customers to deeply understand their workflows.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Take incubation products from zero-to-one — from concept validation through pilot launches.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment.
  • Scale Learnings: Share insights and frameworks across the wider Snyk product org.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology (product management or engineering), including at least 3 years in a product management role.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and AI/ML concepts.
  • Comfort with high ambiguity, with the ability to design frameworks and execute effectively in fast-moving, uncertain environments.
  • Strong discovery skills: deep experience with user research, design partner programs, and iterative validation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence across teams, leadership, and customers.
Perks:
  • Flexible working hours, work-from home allowances, in-office perks, and time off for learning and self development
  • Generous vacation and wellness time off, country-specific holidays, and 100% paid parental leave for all caregivers
  • Health benefits, employee assistance plans, and annual wellness allowance
  • Country-specific life insurance, disability benefits, and retirement/pension programs, plus mobile phone and education allowances
