Join the Global Camstar MES Modeler team at Illumina and contribute to the advancement of Digital Transformation in the company's Manufacturing Operation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of MES workflows, including modeling, testing, deployment, and sustainment. Responsibilities include analyzing manufacturing processes, modeling MES workflows, conducting testing, managing deployment, driving continuous improvement, collaborating with developers, and providing end-user support. The role requires working experience in MES, preferably CAMSTAR MES, with a preference for candidates with over 7 years of experience for senior positions. Previous exposure to medical device manufacturing, familiarity with ISO13485 and FDA CFR820, project management experience, strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also essential. A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is required.

Join the Global Camstar MES Modeler team and contribute to the advancement of Digital Transformation in the company's Manufacturing Operation. Collaborate with cross-functional team throughout the lifecycle of MES workflow, including modelling, testing, deployment, and sustainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse manufacturing processes and requirements to develop MES Model Requirement Specification.
  • Model MES workflow according to the MES Model Requirement Specification.
  • Conduct testing of MES workflow and lead user acceptance tests.
  • Manage the deployment of MES workflow to the production environment.
  • Drive MES continuous improvement to enhance ease of use, error-proofing, and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, EAM, PLM, LMS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Global MES Developer team on required system improvements.
  • Provide support to end users as required to ensure manufacturing operation continuity.

Requirements:

  • Working experience in MES, with a preference for CAMSTAR MES.
  • Candidates with more than 7 years of working experience will be considered for senior position.

  • Project management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Education:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
