As a Live Ops & Community Management Assistant, you will report to the Live Ops Manager and participate in communication and marketing actions for our two titles, Airlines Manager and Airport Simulator. Your missions will revolve around two main areas: Live Ops: Participate in the player retention strategy when defining the monthly planning of in-game events and offers. Set up marketing offers. Conduct competitive intelligence: study games and the strategy of direct competitors as well as the major trends in the mobile management games market. Community Management: Participate in the communication strategy of our various social networks. Write communication content for our social networks, as well as in-game content (notifications, push, etc.) to keep our players informed of the different new features offered. Maintain an active presence on our Discord and respond to comments on our social networks. Be the voice of the players: relay player requests to the production teams. Coordinate and follow the production of marketing graphic elements: work with the Art team to create attractive communication visuals.
