The Station Head is responsible for tracking and ensuring the timely delivery of shipments. This role involves managing staff, including subcontractors and part-time employees, to ensure their tasks are performed correctly and completely. The Station Head will also act as a hub manager when needed, handle cash on delivery, and ensure daily banking. Collaboration with customer service to fulfill customer requests is essential. Additionally, the role oversees daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and manages inventory, taking care of shipments to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels.
