Job Summary
Job Description
Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's long-term development strategy for its overseas business, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to support the company's strategic decisions. Track and monitor the execution of the strategy, analyze deviations, and develop effective measures. Evaluate strategic investment opportunities, including initial screening of target companies, investment analysis, negotiation support, and preliminary financial and business due diligence. Provide support for executive decision-making by preparing board-level strategic reports and feasibility analysis reports for major projects.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of strategic consulting experience.
- Familiar with market research methods and strategic planning frameworks.
- Proficient in strategic analysis, external communication, and strategy implementation.
- Fluent in English, able to travel overseas.

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上知名咨询公司战略咨询背景，全流程实战经验；
2、熟悉市场研究方法、战略规划框架，具备撰写战略规划和研究报告的能力；
3、擅长战略分析，外部沟通，战略执行落地；
4、英语听说读写流利，能够接受海外出差。
