Job Description

The Global Strategic Partnerships Lead (GSPL) at CyberArk will drive software sales through strategic partners (resale, MSP, influence models). This role focuses on aligning partners and integrating business units (sales, marketing, professional services, customer success) globally. As a leader in Identity Security, CyberArk leverages its partner ecosystem for growth. The GSPL will manage channel relationships, engage strategically, and develop partnerships to expand CyberArk's market presence and secure critical assets.
Must Have:
  • Drive CyberArk software sales through strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain executive and multi-level relationships with partners.
  • Represent CyberArk at partner events and deliver presentations.
  • Conduct regular pipeline management, QBRs, and sales coaching.
  • Grow partner capabilities to sell the entire CyberArk portfolio.
  • Ensure partners maintain appropriate certifications for solutions.
  • Develop new client pipeline and revenue through joint business planning.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on partner opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating resources.
  • Minimum 10 years of channel experience with GSI/APAC security partners.
  • Proven success in strategic partner relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of GSI/AP economics and partner motivations.
  • Experience in selling through Managed Services.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and corporate applications.
  • Strong sales acumen with focus on pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
  • Consistent track record of sales success.
  • Experienced in executive-level engagement.
  • Ability to work to targets, prioritize, and manage schedule.
  • Fluent in English and based in the London office.
  • Open to travel.

##### Job Description

The primary objective of the Global Strategic Partnerships Lead (GSPL) is to drive software sales revenues through a select number of pre-identified strategic partners in a resale, MSP or influence model. The GSPL will be specifically responsible for ensuring partner alignment and business unit function integration through sales, marketing, professional services and customer success across the partner’s Global presence.  is uniquely positioned, as undisputed leaders in our space and have amassed an enviable enterprise client base.  The Channel and our partner eco-system is a key component of our growth plans and fully aligned to support our go-to-market strategy. This is a varied role and will require focus, channel relationship acumen and a solid understanding of how to engage and develop strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Build Executive and Multi-Level Relationships

  • Develop strong C-level/Director/Operational relationships with managed partners to drive strategic focus on products and solutions.
  • Representing at partner events in the region, including delivering presentations.
  • Conduct regular pipeline management with partners, portfolio planning, sales coaching, forecasting and QBRs.

Channel Management

  • Grow contribution of our partners by improving capabilities required to sell the entire portfolio.
  • Ensure that assigned partners maintain the appropriate certification required to architect, sell, implement and operate solutions.
  • Conduct regular pipeline management with partners, portfolio planning, sales coaching, forecasting and QBRs.

Opportunity Management

  • Develop new client pipeline / revenue through target market focus, joint business, pipeline and forecast planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular pipeline management with partners, portfolio planning, sales coaching, forecasting and QBRs.
  • Use cross-functional teams of specialists to drive marketing campaigns designed to increase market awareness and drive incremental sales.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and leadership on partner business opportunities and escalations.
  • Use cross-functional teams of specialists to drive marketing campaigns designed to increase market awareness and drive incremental sales.
  • Ensure customer happiness by coordinating and Partner resources throughout the sales cycle.

##### Qualifications

Channel and Domain Expertise

  • 10+ years of channel experience managing GSI/APAC security-focused partners.
  • Proven success as a strategic partner relationship manager within identity or cybersecurity vendors.
  • Deep understanding of GSI/AP economics, business models, and partner motivations for customer success.
  • Experience in selling through Managed Services.
  • Strong market trend awareness and ability to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Fully conversant with Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Office, and other corporate applications.

Sales Process

  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on pipeline hygiene, forecasting, development, and execution.
  • Consistent track record of sales success.
  • Experienced in executive-level engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Able to work to targets, prioritize effectively, and manage own schedule.
  • Fluent in English; based in the office.
  • Open to travel
