Aryaka is a leading provider of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions. This role involves developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the EMEA region, focusing on new logo acquisition. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, monitoring trends, building relationships with prospective customers, driving new business development, and presenting SASE solutions. The role requires collaboration with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for product enhancements. The Strategic Sales Director will negotiate and close complex deals, contributing to revenue growth and expanding the customer base.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years enterprise sales experience in network security solutions.
  • 5 years experience in new customer acquisition.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of SASE market and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region.

Job Title: Strategic Sales Director - EMEA
Location: EMEA Region
Aryaka is a leading provider of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions, dedicated to transforming enterprise networking and security. Our innovative platform integrates networking and security functions into a single cloud-native service, delivering comprehensive security, superior performance, and simplified operations for modern enterprises.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. essential for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base through new client acquisitions, and enhancing our market presence.
The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) landscape and demonstrate a proven track record in enterprise sales. Additionally, the candidate should have extensive knowledge of network security principles and practices, enabling them to effectively address and mitigate cybersecurity challenges within complex enterprise environments. This expertise will be critical in developing and delivering comprehensive solutions that meet the evolving security needs of our prospects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals across the EMEA region.
    • Identify and prioritize key market opportunities and segments to drive business growth.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
    • This is primarily a new logo acquisition role
  2. Business Development:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Drive new business development efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential customers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  3. Customer Engagement:
    • Understand customer requirements and pain points to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
    • Present and demonstrate our SASE solutions to potential customers, addressing technical and business challenges.
    • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Provide feedback on product enhancements and new features based on customer insights and market demands.
    • Collaborate with global sales leadership to align regional strategies with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of years’ experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on network security solutions. 5 years of experience in a new customer acquisition role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the EMEA region.
  • Strong understanding of the SASE market and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
