Under the responsibility of the Engineering Manager, you will carry out structural diagnostics and studies of the park's buildings (attractions, hotels, bridges, etc.) with the aim of establishing maintenance plans and rehabilitation plans. You will work on bridges, roofs, facades, wooden elements... while ensuring compliance with the Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show and Efficiency. Your missions include understanding the client's context, following or carrying out building inspections, identifying pathologies, establishing schedules and a preliminary study budget, evaluating risks, writing reports, assisting meetings with clients and communicating information internally, identifying external service providers, verifying and approving supplier studies, site visits with maintenance teams, and ensuring project quality.
Must have:
  • Structural or Building / Civil Engineering degree
  • 1 year of experience minimum on similar missions
  • Good interpersonal skills, curiosity, openness to innovation
  • Required English level B2
  • Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Description:

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Ingénierie, vous réalisez le diagnostic structurel et les études des bâtiments du parc ((attractions, hôtels, ponts…) avec pour but d’établir des plans de maintenance et des plans de réhabilitation. Polyvalent vous êtes amené(e) à travailler sur des ponts, des toitures, des façades, des éléments de bois…et ce, en veillant au respect des Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Vos missions ?

  • Prendre connaissance du contexte client, et demander des compléments d’informations du client et des partenaires.
  • Déterminer les problématiques du projet et le résultat attendu.
  • Suivre ou réaliser les inspections des bâtiments
  • Savoir identifier une pathologie et déterminer sa criticité
  • Etablir les plannings et un budget prévisionnel d’études.
  • Evaluer les risques.
  • Animer et rédiger le compte rendu de la réunion de lancement.
  • Rédiger un cahier des charges
  • Assister aux réunions avec les clients et communiquer les informations recueillies à l’interne.
  • Identification des prestataires externes pour aider à la réalisation des études
  • Vérifier et approuver les études des fournisseurs, en assurer le suivi des reprises si nécessaire.
  • Visites terrain avec les équipes de maintenance
  • Assurer l'interface avec les différents intervenants du projet tant en interne qu'en externe
  • Vérifier, contrôler périodiquement le bon déroulement du projet tant au plan technique qu’au plan économique.
  • S’assurer tout au long du projet que la démarche qualité a été respectée.
  • Réaliser le bilan du projet pour permettre un meilleur transfert d’expérience.

Votre profil ?

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur structure ou Bâtiment / Génie civil 
  • Idéalement 1 an d'expérience minimum sur des missions similaires.
  • Bon relationnel, curiosité, ouverture à l’innovation.
  • Anglais requis niveau B2 (les principaux référentiels de calculs sont en anglais)
  • Maitrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
