Job Description

This is a part-time student assistant role within the Commercial SaaS team. The role involves assisting the team in managing sales cases, leading GTM projects, producing revenue plans, conducting market analysis, managing commercial relationships, and improving processes. The responsibilities include assisting with the total portfolio of sales cases, leading GTM projects, helping produce the annual revenue and business plan for SaaS, assisting in conducting market sizing and market analysis, managing the administration of commercial enterprise relationship with Microsoft and collaborating with the Commercial Business Unit Director on initiatives.
Must have:
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or starting Master’s.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Capability for careful analysis and detailed methodology.
  • Interest in software commercialization and go-to-market.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge related to software-as-a-service or cloud technology.
  • Ability to manage workload as part of an international team.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are looking for a skilled student, who is self-driven and structured to assist the Commercial SaaS team in reaching the company's significant strategic goals. The position is a part time 15-20 hours a week. You will be a part of a truly global team with multiple nationalities, backgrounds, and job profiles, which is experiencing exponential growth in terms of business opportunity and team size. We perceive ourselves as an “intrapreneurial” team because we are a newly created commercial business line.

WHAT YOU WILL BE REPONSIBLE FOR

  • Assisting the global SaaS Commercial team in overseeing the total portfolio of sales cases, and making sure they are managed, orchestrated, and always organized  
  • Lead important GTM projects with diverse stakeholders from both within and outside the organization
  • Help produce the annual revenue and business plan for SaaS, outsourced services and Front Office solutions 
  • Assist in conducting market sizing and market analysis in collaboration with senior managers.  
  • Manage the administration of our commercial enterprise relationship with Microsoft. 
  • Collaborate with our Commercial Business Unit Director on initiatives designed to improve processes, innovate tools and templates, and establish a more scalable go-to-market framework.
