As an Analog Design Intern working on power conversion technologies, you will be part of a collaborative team developing high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits, including innovative power converters and other circuitry in advanced CMOS processes. 


Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of analog integrated circuit design fundamentals 
    • Understanding of CMOS operational amplifier design 
    • Discrete time and continuous time signal process skills 
    • Strong lab and silicon validation skills 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Responsibilities:

    • Run pre-layout and post-layout verification of existing designs to understand the fundamentals of analog IC design
    • Concept development and transistor-level implementation of a new or modified design
    • Leading all aspects of layout implementation and performing post-layout simulations and optimization
This opportunity is available for the summer semester only. It is available only to students currently enrolled in a MS or PhD program in Electrical Engineering maintaining a GPA of 3.6 or above, and who will be returning to school for at least one semester following completion of his/her internship. Candidate must be available for full-time employment during the internship.
