As an Analog Design Intern working on power conversion technologies, you will be part of a collaborative team developing high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits, including innovative power converters and other circuitry in advanced CMOS processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of analog integrated circuit design fundamentals
Understanding of CMOS operational amplifier design
Discrete time and continuous time signal process skills
Strong lab and silicon validation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Run pre-layout and post-layout verification of existing designs to understand the fundamentals of analog IC design
Concept development and transistor-level implementation of a new or modified design
Leading all aspects of layout implementation and performing post-layout simulations and optimization
This opportunity is available for the summer semester only. It is available only to students currently enrolled in a MS or PhD program in Electrical Engineering maintaining a GPA of 3.6 or above, and who will be returning to school for at least one semester following completion of his/her internship. Candidate must be available for full-time employment during the internship.
