Supply Chain Planner

This role involves comprehensive supply chain planning for Semiconductor IC products, focusing on demand rationalization, production plan optimization, and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include managing material and capacity requirements, overseeing outsourced manufacturing partners, and controlling inventory to meet targets. The position requires strong analytical skills, extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, and proficiency in MRP systems.

Must Have

• Responsible for demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products.
• Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing.
• Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules.
• Interface and manage outsource manufacturing partners for production execution.
• Interface with engineering and Business Units to secure manufacturing capacity.
• Manage internal and external business communication on capacity allocation.
• Project and control inventory movement to achieve DOH target.
• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10-12 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning, production planning or related field in the Semiconductor or EE Industry.
• Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices.
• Ability to prepare communication plans to CM, customers, sales or executive management.
• Good data analysis skill and must be hands-on.
• Excellent team player and able to lead internal and external business communication.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel) application required.
• Proven success at making financially sound decisions in a Fast Paced Market Environment.

Good to Have

• Engineering background is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in Oracle MRP systems is an advantage.

• Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
• Interface & Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
• Interface with engineering and all Business Unit to secure Outsource manufacturing partner capacity
• Manage internal & external business communication on capacity allocation
• Project and control inventory movement to achieve given DOH target

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary or equivalent. Engineering background is advantage
• Minimum of 10-12 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning, production planning or related field in the Semiconductor or EE Industry
• Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices
• Ability to prepare communication plans to CM, customers, sales or executive management
• Good data analysis skill & must hands on
