Supply Chain Team Leader (Material Planning/Production Control)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and develop the Customer Service Contact and Supply Chain Scheduler teams, set clear KPIs, and drive performance.
• Coordinate and manage the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Plan) and MPS (Master Production Scheduling) processes.
• Ensure SIOP/MPS plans are realistic and consistent with customer orders, plant objectives, and available capacities.
• Manage the production load and propose resource allocations in line with customer demand.
• Manage Customer Demand: Oversee sales forecasts, delivery performance, and customer service levels; handle logistics issues.
• Control Inventory & Procurement: Align procurement with production needs, manage stock levels, and drive inventory optimization.
• Coordinate customer logistics to create sales forecasts, monitor demand fluctuations, and negotiate changes when needed.
• Analyze and improve customer service rates across customers.
• Monitor daily Customer Service Rate (CSR) and Supplier Service Rate (SSR), and propose improvement plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 3 years experience in supply chain, planning, or customer service management
• Solid understanding of SIOP/MPS processes and demand planning
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SAP or in other ERP system
• Fluency in English
