Your responsibilities:
Contribution to day-to-day activities/processes Compensation & Benefits C&B:
- Participate in compensation/benefits surveys
- Conduct external and internal compensation benchmarks.
- Roll out employee savings programs (employee share ownership, profit sharing, and incentive plans) and ensure these campaigns run smoothly (HR network coordination, employee communication tools, lists of eligible employees/beneficiaries, close relationship with the account holder, etc.).
Contribute to day-to-day HR reporting activities:
- Conduct mandatory annual studies (gender equality index, social report, tax returns, etc.) and ad hoc studies as needed (CSE expert reports, operational requests from sites, etc.).
- Provide weekly and monthly internal reports (tax returns, social reports, etc.).
- Develop monthly or annual surveys and reports (for France: DARES, UIMM, GIM, etc.).
- Act as the point of contact for VALEO establishments with external organizations and external auditors (SECAFI, etc.).
- Monitor the various dashboards made available to operational staff and management.
Participate in project mode in team structuring and process optimization:
- C&B and reporting tools and user guides.
- Seek efficiency in existing processes (development, harmonization, standardization of reports & tools, etc.) under the direction of the team leader.
About you:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business or engineering school
Required qualities: agility, rigor, organization, ability to generate ideas
Required computer skills: Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
Languages: French, professional English desired
Duration: early October 2025 to late April 2026
