Job Summary
At Focus Entertainment, you will define, pilot, and deploy social media strategies for various video game projects, managing player communities across platforms like Discord, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will be responsible for editorial lines, content creation, performance analysis, and active trend monitoring. This role is crucial for game visibility and community engagement, working closely with marketing, publishing, and production teams.
Must Have
- Define, pilot, and deploy social media strategies for projects.
- Build editorial lines and publication schedules.
- Supervise creation, validation, and distribution of social media content.
- Ensure reporting and performance analysis.
- Conduct active monitoring of social media trends, formats, and best practices.
- Animate and moderate player communities on various channels (Discord, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Focus Together, etc.).
- Interact daily with players and maintain qualitative dialogue.
- Support key communication moments (announcements, trailers, releases, events).
- Excellent command of social networks and their codes.
- Solid experience in community management.
- Ability to define and deploy social media strategies.
- Very good writing skills.
- Ability to analyze performance and ensure reporting.
- Good knowledge of the video game world.
- Professional proficiency in French and English (written and oral).

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will be responsible for the social media strategy and player community management for one or more projects in the catalog, and present your recommendations for validation.
In this capacity, you play a key role in the visibility of games, community engagement, and the consistency of communication across all social networks.
You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing, Publishing, and Production teams, as well as with partner studios and player support.
Your missions are:
Social Media Strategy
- Define, pilot, and deploy social media strategies for projects
- Build editorial lines and publication schedules
- Supervise the creation, validation, and distribution of social media content
- Ensure reporting and performance analysis
- Conduct active monitoring of social media trends, formats, and best practices
Community Management
