As part of the restructuring of its IT organization, Pullup Entertainment is looking for a System and Network Administrator to join its Parisian headquarters (19th arrondissement).
The position includes a strong operational dimension, with the possibility of evolving towards the supervision of internal resources and/or service providers.
As guarantor of the proper functioning, security, and scalability of the Group's IT infrastructures, you will be in charge of:
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Administration and supervision of systems (servers, storage, virtualization) and networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, remote access).
- Implementation of the maintenance and evolution policy for the hardware fleet.
- Administration of cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
- Monitoring and improvement of service performance, security, and availability.
2. System and Network Security
- Application of security policies defined by the Group CISO.
- Securing access, data, and operating environments.
- Intervention in case of security incidents.
3. Technical Support and Assistance
- Assistance to headquarters and studio users (occasionally, in case of emergency).
- Technical support for cross-functional projects.
- Occasional supervision of internal and/or external resources.
4. Operational Management and Projects
- Planning, activity monitoring, and reporting (KPI).
- Management of service providers: calls for tender, contracts, technical and budgetary monitoring.
- Implementation of projects for the evolution of the fleet and technical services.
- Updating technical documentation.
Job Requirements
What we expect:
- Minimum Bac+2 in IT, systems & networks option (or equivalent) with 3 to 5 years in similar environments.
- Network & equipment administration (Cisco/Meraki, Netgear).
- Microsoft environments (Windows, Intune, Autopilot, Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Firewalls (WatchGuard or equivalents).
- Virtual/physical storage (NAS, SAN).
- Virtual (Veeam) and physical backups.
- RMM tools (Remote Monitoring and Management).
- Office tools (Office, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of ITSM practices.
- Monitoring indicators and project management tools.
- Languages: Professional English (international context).
