Job Summary
Private Medical has spent the last 20 years creating a new category of concierge medicine - private medicine - by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team. Based in California, New York, and Florida, our physician-led teams work in concert with our gynecologists, Naturopathic Medicine Doctors, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members and their families. Private Medical is, by design, privately held and free from any conflicts of interests. The System Administrator I supports Private Medical’s identity systems, SaaS platforms, and endpoint workflows. This role resolves Tier 2 escalations, manages SSO/SAML reviews, administers Google Workspace and JumpCloud, and assists with IT projects across multiple regions.
Must Have
- Administer user accounts, groups, and policies in Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
- Manage SaaS tools including Zoom, RingCentral, Salesforce, and Exclaimer.
- Review and test SAML/SSO integrations for new applications.
- Support JAMF Pro workflows including device profiles and app deployment.
- Troubleshoot access, authentication, and provisioning issues escalated from Tier 1.
- Escalate complex system issues to Systems Administrator II.
- Collect requirements for new tools or workflows and support project planning.
- Provide on‑site support 2–3 days per week within assigned region.
- Travel as needed for hardware rollouts and network upgrades.
- Maintain system and workflow documentation in Confluence.
- Draft end‑user communications for updates and new releases.
- 2–4 years in IT support or SaaS/system administration.
- Experience with Google Workspace and identity platforms.
- Knowledge of SSO/SAML and provisioning workflows.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work on‑site and travel when required.
