Job Description

Moloco is seeking a Supply Partnerships Director for Korea to lead and expand relationships with SDK publishers and SSPs/Exchanges. The role involves managing strategic partnerships, driving product adoption, and negotiating new deals to grow Moloco's supply footprint in the Korean market. The position requires close collaboration with the Korea Country Manager to align demand and supply strategies, support client growth, and identify new supply opportunities. This role also involves leading cross-functional coordination with product, GTM, and operations teams, and influencing Moloco's supply products and go-to-market strategy by surfacing local market insights and partner feedback.
Must have:
  • 7+ years in Account Management or Publisher/Developer Relations
  • Experience in mobile or programmatic advertising
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent Korean and English communication
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity

Moloco is seeking a passionate and self-starting Supply Partnerships person to lead our supply-side partnerships in Korea. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with both SDK publishers and SSPs/Exchanges. You will play a critical role in driving our business growth in the Korean market by deepening engagement with existing partners and securing new integrations with top platforms and publishers.

You will combine strong partnership management with strategic deal-making to grow Moloco’s supply footprint across Korea. This includes managing strategic partner relationships, driving adoption of Moloco’s products, and negotiating new deals.

In addition, you will work closely with the Korea Country Manager to align demand and supply strategies in the region. Together, you’ll support the growth of our clients by identifying supply opportunities, closing new deals, and ensuring supply coverage that meets advertiser needs.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and expand Moloco’s relationships with SDK publishers and SSP/Exchange partners in Korea
  • Identify and close new supply partnerships with top apps and platforms in the region
  • Collaborate closely with the Korea Country Manager to align demand and supply strategies that support client growth
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with product, GTM, and ops teams to ensure the success of the partnerships
  • Surface local market insights and partner feedback to influence Moloco’s supply products and go-to-market strategy

Qualifications

  • 7 years and above of Account Management or Publisher/Developer Relations experience, ideally in mobile or programmatic advertising
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience closing commercial deals
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and drive partner decisions using data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both Korean and English
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Must be proactive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative in ambiguous settings
