Job Description

This role involves understanding implemented solutions and products, analyzing issues to identify root causes, and finding permanent solutions. The engineer will collaborate with Blue Yonder product experts and Product Development for code fixes and patch testing. Adherence to SLA based on customer case severity, completion of product certification courses, and documentation of learning for knowledge content are also key responsibilities. The role also requires providing early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges.

Must Have:

Understand the implemented solution/ products
4-6 years of experience in Oracle SQL, Unix, Linux, Cloud, Performance Tuning, Autosys, Supply Chain, Application and production Support
Analyze the issues, identify Root cause and find the permanent solution to any problem
Work with Blue Yonder product experts on the solution
Work with Product Development for code fix and testing the patches in the support environment before delivery
Adheres to SLA based on the severity of the customer cases
Complete the product certification courses assigned
Document the learning and building the knowledge content
Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges through the journey

What you’ll do:
