Seeking an experienced Cleo Harmony Administrator with 3-10 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in Cleo Harmony administration. Must Have

• Install, configure, and maintain Cleo Harmony and VLProxy environments.
• Manage and support secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, AS2) for B2B integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot file transfer workflows, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with security and data exchange standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Implement automation and optimization for file transfer processes using Cleo tools.
• Provide advisory support for upgrades, patches, and best practices in Cleo environments.
