Location:  Hybrid working in our HCMC office ​

Reports to: Manager, System & Data Analytics - Revenue Transformation (Vietnam)​

Work Schedule: Requires some overlapping working hours with U.S. time zones (at least weekly) ​

Language Requirement: Must be proficient in both written and spoken English​

Your Impact: As a Systems & Data Analyst II on Axon’s Revenue Transformation team, you will support high-impact, data-driven initiatives that empower our Accounting and Financeteams to make informed decisions and accelerate operational excellence. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights, enabling Axon to close the books fasterand smarter. You’ll build dashboards, automate reports, and provide analysis that directly contributes to process standardization and financial transparency. You will work closely withcross-functional teams spanning Accounting, Finance, IT, and Business Intelligence, with strong visibility into Axon's strategic operations.​

​What You’ll Do: Support revenue transformation projects by building data pipelines, analytical dashboards, reporting solutions and provide subledger application operational support.Translate business questions into queries and visualizations that drive strategic decisions. Maintain and validate data sources for integrity and accuracy across reporting environments.Assist with developing scalable and repeatable analytical tools that elevate team efficiency. Drive process documentation and support change adoption through data clarity​

What You Bring: ​

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field​
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analytics, FP&A, Accounting or business analyst role​
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, familiarity with business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Sigma​
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment​
• Proficiency in written and spoken English​
• Ability to overlap with U.S. hours at least 3-5 hours weekly​

Preferred Qualifications:​

• Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365​
• Knowledge of revenue recognition or financial systems​
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology company
