WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
· Providing operational support throughout the recruitment process, including application screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and system-based tracking via the ATS (e.g., Lever)
· Assisting in candidate prioritization and communication planning during high-volume periods, and contributing to a smooth candidate experience by supporting improvements at key touchpoints.
· Supporting onboarding processes in terms of communication, documentation, and coordination after hiring.
· Assisting in candidate sourcing through various channels and identifying potential profiles.
· Contributing to daily recruitment operations, related documentation, and general HR projects across all stages of the hiring process.
· Supporting interview invitations and contributing to all stages of the recruitment process.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING?
· Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student or a recent graduate, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
· Available to work at least 3 weekdays regularly.
· Genuine interest in Human Resources, and a desire to explore a long-term career in this area.
· Eager to take initiative, support multiple tasks, and contribute to recruitment operations with care and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
· Proficiency in English – you feel comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in a professional environment.
· Curious, open to feedback, and motivated to grow through hands-on experience in a fast-paced, agile team.
