Mixpanel's Talent Acquisition team is responsible for building a world-class organization while providing an exceptional candidate experience. We act as strategic partners to our executive team and senior leadership, providing guidance and advising on best practices around talent acquisition and cutting-edge recruiting strategies.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager and People Representative, you will play a key role in shaping Mixpanel’s growth. You'll be the sole People team representative in Bangalore, acting as our eyes and ears on the ground and fostering a strong local culture. Our Go-to-Market recruiting team focuses on supporting all of our global customer-facing roles, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Working closely with business leaders, you will provide strategic partnership to effectively build talent pipelines from sourcing to closing. With your guidance and expertise, you will play an integral part in growing the GTM teams with a high bar of top talent, which will lead to Mixpanel achieving superior business results. This role is for you if you excel in candidate scheduling, prospecting, and collaboration with hiring partners. You will also contribute to projects that benefit the larger people organization.
