SchoolAI is seeking passionate educators for its first-ever Champions Network, a paid summer opportunity. As a Champion, you will leverage your experience with SchoolAI to connect with school and district leaders nationwide, facilitating strategic demos and promoting adoption. This role offers a chance to gain private sector experience in messaging and outreach, contributing to personalized learning approaches in schools. You will receive training and support while working flexible hours remotely. Responsibilities include outreach via email, phone, and social media, attending optional in-person events, sharing authentic experiences with SchoolAI, scheduling demos with decision-makers, tracking results, and participating in training sessions. The goal is to professionally represent SchoolAI and positively impact educational tool adoption.
Must have:
  • Current or recent K-12 teacher in the U.S.
  • Experience using SchoolAI in the classroom
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable with email and phone outreach
  • Access to a quiet workspace, internet, and computer
  • Passion for improving education
Good to have:
  • Ability to attend optional on-site events
  • 10-20 hours/week availability from July-August
  • Ability to make new contacts and drive adoption

About the Role


SchoolAI is launching its first-ever Champions Network: a paid summer opportunity for passionate educators to help schools and districts discover the impact of SchoolAI. As a Champion, you’ll use your firsthand experience with SchoolAI to reach out to leaders across the country and help set up strategic demos that open doors for meaningful adoption. This is your chance to dip your foot into the private sector, gain real-world experience in messaging and outreach, and make a lasting impact on how schools approach personalized learning. You’ll be trained, supported, and set up for success - all while working flexible hours from home.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outreach to assigned schools and districts via email, phone, and social
  • Attend on-site events and lend your endorsement to in-person meetings with potential buyers (optional)
  • Speak authentically about your experience with SchoolAI and its classroom value
  • Schedule qualified demos with district leaders and decision-makers
  • Track outreach and results using provided tools
  • Participate in onboarding, coaching sessions, and a peer Slack group
  • Represent SchoolAI professionally and positively in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Must be a current or recent K-12 teacher based in the U.S.
  • Experience using SchoolAI in your classroom (required)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable sending emails and making phone calls to new contacts
  • Access to a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a computer to work from
  • Availability to work 10–20 hours/week from July through August
  • Passion for improving education and helping fellow educators find great tools
